My greens help the next generation of players..I give the dang things away in Ascalon.
Most aren't even good hero fodder IMHO.

There is a huge incentive to play with H/H over groups. H/H will actually target and kill something. I have always been somewhat amazed by this since the T Key has never worked on any computer I have owned or played this game from (Not one of 4). Another incentive to play H/H is then you can play with people that are friendly and capable of coordination. And this does not mean avoiding NUGs, often NUGs are more willing to coordinate and listen than those with 6 months experience in one and half classes.

I am fully aware of the farm codes they don't have. And it is a lie I have been fed up with for a long time. The only way to stop, halt, or effectively reduce *e-bay golding* is to eliminate the need for it. There are two manners in which this can be done: 1. Eliminate buying anything and all random acquisition - make everything achieveable as a quest reward only, or 2. Increase the rate of acquisition so that what players want for their entertainment is achieveable. Otherwise, no matter how many times we are lied to, nothing about this will change.

Evidently you are inexperienced with RP and with the very purpose of FRP. What you describe is my real life. I deal with what happens and accept the crap while occasionally getting an opportunity for something better. When it comes to comparisons to real life, GW only and solely accentuates the negatives. The purpose of RP and FRP is to do and be that which is not possible in real life. To obtain that image which entertains you. So, yes, EMPHATICALLY Yes, not having the things which present an acceptable aesthetic quality do fully and continually diminish our experience of play. What I have is the specific education to know the difference.

i've been doing SS/LB run for a while now (9k away from LB max woot!), and nearly every group i've been in, one person gets Alem's Remedy. Not even that great or rare of a green, but the fact that SO many people i've grouped with have gotten it to drop for them makes me want it. maybe if i create a rit it will drop for me

Also, please don't take one random line out of this post in a quote and disregard the rest, as this seems to be one of your tactics of choice for your "arguments".

I had a pretty mixed weekend, I was planning on going solid for one green and any more will just be a bonus. I got the green (Blisterbank's) after about 7-8 attempts, which was better than what I expected as it appeared, even with a dbl drop chance, to drop at a minimal percentage.

The next on my target was a tactic's shield from Joko's Domain, now this was pain. I thought with it being double weekend, now's the best chance of any. It took about 4-5 hours. 25-30 attempts. Ouch -got it in the end - persistency paid off.

I attempted a fire focus from a NF area, 30 attempts = nothing

Rocktails Stinger - > The Wingshilder and the the Scale's Air Wand run in Dalada = after 20-25 attempts I got a big fat nothing.

Pywatt's Talons - nothing, done only 2-3 runs as it was too long.

I did a Sorrow's Furnace run, just for a laugh - from every boss there (and outside) I got Villnur's Staff which wont get used.

I did Raisu Palace explorable about 15 times attempting for Koosun's Staff and Kai Sword - nothing. Spent a long time doing them runs too. Got a crappy Soul Reaping green from a Necro boss that won't get used.

It is all of a matter of luck and how you do it.It is always a good idea to ask farmers for some advice.

I was kind of lucky last weekend. There were two greens I wanted, got the first one in 3-4 runs, got the second in about 5 (with full H/H).
